Checking whether a consultancy is on the Ministry of Education’s register is the highest-value thing you can do before paying one, and it takes about ten seconds. We transcribed the Ministry’s published lists — 981 organisations in total — and matched every company in this directory against them. Search below, or browse the full list. Results are per company: branches share their parent’s licence.
Free · no sign-up. This searches all 981 organisations on the Ministry’s published lists, not only the 39 companies we write about — so you can check a consultancy we have never listed. Branches are not filed separately: a licence belongs to the company, so searching “AECC” covers Baneshwor, Lalitpur and every other office at once.

One row per company, not per branch. “Not found” means exactly that — we could not match the name, and each page shows which names we tried. It is not a finding that the firm is unlicensed.
Because a licence belongs to the company. AECC Nepal, AECC Baneshwor and AECC Lalitpur are one registered entity with three shopfronts, so they share one entry here. Each company page lists every office it covers.
That we could not match the company to a name on the lists we hold. It is not proof of anything. The register uses registered legal names, which are frequently different from trading names, and the list may only cover organisations renewed for that fiscal year. Each page shows the exact names we searched.
The main list is the Ministry's FY 2081/82 list, published 22 October 2024 (5 Kartik 2081). It is a transcription of a published document, not a live feed from the Ministry. If the Ministry's own records differ, theirs are the authority.
Almost always because it is registered under a legal name we have not connected to the trading name. Global Reach is registered as Global Education Services Pvt. Ltd., which is why name-matching alone is unreliable. If you know the registered name of a firm we have marked not found, tell us.
Two things: the registered legal name and the approval number. Both appear on the certificate they are required to display. A firm that will not give you either has answered your question.
