MBBS abroad is a separate vertical with its own supplier set and its own single decisive question: whether the Nepal Medical Council recognises the degree you will come home with.
An MBBS degree that is not recognised by the Nepal Medical Council cannot be used to practise in Nepal. That single fact should drive the choice of country and institution ahead of cost, ranking or convenience. Check recognition directly with the Council, not with the agent selling the place.
China, Bangladesh and the Philippines are the main destinations, with Georgia and Kyrgyzstan also active. Each is served largely by specialist medical-admission agents rather than by general study-abroad consultancies. Ask for the institution’s recognition status in writing, the total cost across the full course rather than the first year, the language of instruction and any local-language requirement in clinical years, and what happens to your money if admission fails.
